Invociss ("Invociss," "we," "our," or "us") provides FBR digital invoicing software for businesses in Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit invociss.com or use the Invociss platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have around it.
By using our website or our software, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use our services.
When you register for an account, request a demo, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and — because our service is built around FBR compliance — business identifiers such as your NTN (National Tax Number) or STRN (Sales Tax Registration Number).
To generate and submit FBR-compliant invoices on your behalf, we process the data you enter into the platform: buyer and seller records (which may include NTN, STRN, or CNIC), line items, HS codes, quantities, tax rates, and the resulting invoice records, including the IRN and QR code returned by FBR after submission.
Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit invociss.com — your browser type, device type, approximate location (from IP address), pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. We use cookies and similar technologies to support this; see Section 7 below.
If you message us through WhatsApp, the chat widget on our site, or the request-a-demo form, we keep a record of that conversation so we can respond to you and follow up.

We keep account and invoice data for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet our own record-keeping and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Invoice records in particular may need to be retained for the period required under Pakistani tax law, independent of whether your account remains active.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — such as encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Invociss is a business tool intended for sales-tax-registered businesses and their staff. It isn't directed at, or intended for use by, children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we've collected data from a child, we'll delete it.
